Prepare a CONCISE oral presentation (about 5 minutes, plus 1 minute for questions) according to this common piece of advice for delivering presentations: “summarize what you are going to say, say it, and then summarize what you said.” The student should stand in front of the class and
(a) state his/her name, the title of the story, and the source and date of the story,
(b) explain the main personal reason for selecting the story,
(c) summarize the top TWO or THREE main points discussed in the story,
(d) explain how the story relates to the ongoing rivalry and confrontation between the TWO international coalitions of states we called Axis 1 (United States, United Kingdom, France, Israel, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia) and Axis 2 (Russia, China, Iran, and Syria),
(e) demonstrate some ‘experiential learning’ (‘out-of-class-learning experience’) by presenting additional supporting or opposing facts that the student has personally encountered and documented either through his/her own ‘social media’ electronic communications with others or through his/her own face-to-face interaction with any identifiable/verifiable ISU or Terre Haute or other other community group or individual,
